Context
As a Product Designer Consultant, I collaborated with the a 15y experienced high-end Optician shop to re-design their brand image, Logo & website as part of a new digital transformation-led growth strategy.
What is it?
It is a landing page & appointment booking website that showcases what makes this Optician shop services & skills unique compared to the multiple similar competitor.

Problem
My client lacked online visibility with their original online website. The poor aesthetic and site IA had strong impact on potential client retention.
Solution
I ran a Discovery workshop with my client to understand their need, product offers and business strategic objectives.
I built a wireframe version of the landing page as a test to re-imagine the business marketing strategy
I user-tested the landing page and the IA to validate the new website structure.
I designed the new brand image & logo, and used it as a guideline for the rest of the website.
Hypothesis
Simplifying my client's offer, building a new brand-visual guideline and designing a validated website to showcase their uniqueness on the market would enhance end-user retention and increase income.
